Client Challenges
Rwanda is experiencing an increasing number of patients seeking medical care amid a shortage of doctors. There was a critical need to incorporate online medical services to help limited medical professionals manage a growing patient load. Specifically, Vitaway+ sought a system that would allow personalized communication and easy appointment booking for each customer.
Solution
The Vitaway app offers a simple interface with integrated features that enable easy health data management and analysis, providing improvement recommendations. For visualizing health metrics like blood pressure and medication intake, we utilized graphs and icons to create an easily comprehensible design. We implemented a simple and intuitive UI to help users quickly grasp their health data.
For medical consultation booking, we prioritized convenience by integrating calendar functionality and reminder features. The online consultation and chat system was designed to be straightforward and action-oriented, ensuring usability across all age groups. The interface anticipates users' next steps, making the digital healthcare experience smooth and accessible.
